EXTERNAL USER : General Usage Conditions:
The priority service group for the MEF University Library is the MEF University students, academic personnel, and other employees.
During the period of final exams, as the library will see intense utilization by our students, external request/s will not be accepted.

Users from other universities (Research associates, Teaching assistants, Faculty members) can use the library by presenting ID at security and going through the standard registration process – except final exam periods.
Banks, municipalities, corporations, public institutions, and students from other universities can use the library between 08:30 and 17:00 on two weekdays of their choosing.
Users from outside an institution can use the library on two weekdays of their choosing between 08:30 and 17.00: and on the weekends, between 10:00 and 18:00.
CONDITIONS OF USE: They can utilize the user computers located in the library. They can make use of printed and electronic sources. They can make use of consultation and training services. Requests are assessed by considering times of intense usage by our students.
For the requests to be evaluated, the person who makes the request must provide documentation proving his/her institutional involvement, express the areas of research/study he/she will be working on, as well as the time period during which he/she will be working (duration, day and hours).
